Discover comfort in our beautifully appointed accommodations featuring a king size bed, sofa bed with Tempurpedic mattress, and full bathroom complete with garden bath and walk-in shower with an ocean view unit. Enjoy the convenience of the partial kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker among many other modern appliances. Additional in-room amenities include internet, cable television, DVD/Blu-ray player, telephone and a balcony/lanai.

- All units are subject to a transient occupancy tax due at the time of check-in at the resort. Please contact the resort for the exact daily amount.
-Reservations made within 21 days or less of arrival may be subject to a room move due to high occupancies and increased travel demand for this destination.
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $30 plus tax resort charge will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Daily resort charge will be added to the room rate and includes: basic guest internet; self-parking for one car; barbecue equipment; Pressreader access; games including: ping pong, xbox, wii games, volleyball; mini-golf.

All units and amenities are resort owned and operated. All units will be assigned upon check-in. Room photos are only samples, the arrangement of furniture and view of the balcony may vary depending on availability. Property maintenance is overseen and controlled by the resort, therefore any issues regarding property maintenance or unit upkeep fall within their responsibility to rectify. Additionally, the resort retains the right to alter or close the amenities in accordance to COVID-19 restrictions, construction projects, or any other ongoing issues. KOALA does not hold responsibility or maintain control over resort units, their location or quality, or resort amenities.
Please ensure to verify the cancellation policy on this listing before booking. KOALA represents individual timeshare owners who offer their reservations for rent at discounted rates and set their cancellation policies based on their own exposure or risk to financial loss. Therefore, once the cancellation deadline has passed, we cannot offer a refund in full or in part for any reason including (but not limited to) Covid related issues, (other than full resort closures), natural disasters, flight issues or delays or personal change of plans.
Guests are required to provide the name and address on the photo ID of the ONE individual that will be handling the check in process. This information must be provided at the time of booking in order for the reservation to be finalized.
