Garage clearance is 8'4" in most areas. In some areas it is 7', those areas are clearly marked.

- Our floors and carpets are super clean. Please remove your shoes.
- Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free.
- You are welcome to entertain guests, but please respect your neighbors. NO PARTIES.
- Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am.
2. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Block 44 is a non-smoking complex.
3. NO PETS. Minimum $200 fine for breaking this rule.
4. Children (under 18) are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult.
5. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
6. Additional overnight guests must be included in the booking and are subject to additional nightly fees.
7. There is a $150 fine for missing parking passes. Please return your parking pass to the kitchen island. It will be needed for the following guest.
