About this space

Welcome to the City of Lakes! Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood near parks, lakes, trails and streams, and not far from shops, restaurants and other attractions, this family friendly home boasts 4 memory foam queen beds, a large living room futon, a fully equipped kitchen w/ gas stove, high speed internet, backyard grilling and fire, a living room theater, a workout/yoga area and more. Located minutes from the airport, uptown and downtown, let this be your base while you enjoy all that MSP has to offer.

The space

There are four spacious bedrooms each with a memory foam type queen bed, each with its own smart TV. There is a spacious backyard with a firepit and grill. There is a kitchen stocked with all necessary cooking equipment, including a gas stove and oven, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, an air fryer, microwave, Keurig machine, tea kettle, crock pot, blender, a waffle maker and more. There is a big screen projector in the living room with sound from an external speaker for evening entertainment with friends and family. For the hot summer months, each bedroom except the always cool basement is equipped with a window AC. There is a front load washer and drier. There is even a fold out futon in case this is necessary, and ample sheets, towels and blankets. There is a porch with a couch to relax on and there is also a large farm style dining table that seats 8 for the enjoyment of a nice group meal at the end of the day.

Guest access

You will have access to four guest bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the porch, the front and back yards, the basement laundry room and workout area, the loft upstairs and if need be, whatever is in the utility storage rooms upstairs or down in the basement.

You will have access to the entire house aside from the detached garage out by the alley, which due to its size and angle, is not well suited for parking anyway.

Other things to note

I want to offer you a nice guest experience and be flexible to meeting your needs. I enforce minimal rules besides no smoking, no loud noises after nightfall, and no putting any person or property at risk. Just use reasonable standards to ensure a safe house and peaceful neighborhood. If there's anything I can provide to make the place better, don't hesitate to let me know.
