Salty Dolphin House - Guana Cay, In the Settlement

Just built in 2023 and located within steps of the beach and Grabbers, Salty Dolphin House has everything you need, plus a view. Walk to the grocery store, the ferry dock, Kidd’s Cove and world famous Nippers. Enjoy relaxing on the screened-in porch or on the large open deck with grill. Inside you will find 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), 2 baths, laundry and a full kitchen.

Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided as well as a whole house generator in case of power outage.

Our caretakers will meet you upon arrival and are always a phone call away to make sure you have everything you need.
Upon check-in, guests will be required to sign acknowledgement of the following house rules and provide a credit card to cover any damages:
• The property is clean upon your arrival, if left in an unacceptable condition additional cleaning charges may apply.
• This is a non-smoking accommodation. A minimum charge of $500 cleaning fee will apply.
• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Checkout is at 10:00 AM
• Check-in and Check-out times must be observed to accommodate incoming guests. Early check-in and late checkout will be accommodated when possible. Additional fees may apply.
• Occupancy levels will be strictly enforced. Additional guests must be approved prior to arrival and may be charged $150 per night per person.
• Management reserves the right to charge the guest credit card for damages or missing items.

• Parking is provided for two golf carts per property only (applies to cottages and Salty Dolphin house)
• Management/owner assumes no liability for guest injury
