'Casa de Cruz' Family friendly house complete w/hot tub, pool table, and bar!

The goal at Casa Cruz is to make your stay completely comfortable. To give the feeling of being on vacation, without the feeling of leaving something behind. Bring your kids and family for a dip in the pool or bring your bachelorette crew for some pregame and pool table time! Great for spring training, holiday fun, or even just a friendly / family gather. Have kids joining you? We have board games available, drawing tools, musical elements, life size connect four, tic-tac-toe, and more! Throw your next event here, with us to help you cater and bring the event together, or choose to order takeout! The house is universal!

The space

Upon entering you will be greeted by two beautiful wood panel French doors. The home itself provides an airy feeling, lots of bright light and a unique open-floor plan to give you a sense of space and freedom while on vacation.
Welcome to Casa Cruz! You are home. :)

The house has two living rooms- one being sunk-in- to provide plenty of space for entertainment or watching sports events on the 60" Flat Screen TV.
If TV isn't your jam then walk over to the play room where there is a pool table and an open bar free for your use, perfect for pregaming before a night on the town!

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for any kind of meal, any time of day (seasonings for days!). Also, a Keurig coffee maker for those necessary cups of joe in the morning.

An office is available for work things, a laundry room with cleaners for any necessary (or emergency) washing. There is also a gym room in case fitness is important while on your trip, or it can be converted into a third room for extra guests upon your stay. Just let us know upon booking what option you'll need.

Walk to the backyard where to your left you have a beautiful outdoor entertainment area, complete with a Gazebo, BBQ and Smoker, and firepit. Great for BBQs or enjoying a cocktail while watching sunset. A large sparkling pool greets you while to the right is the hot tub, which can be set to a temperature that does not exceed the guidelines set by the CDC or the CPSC. Past the hot tub there is plenty of seating for lounging, tanning, or both! A grass area is also provided for kids who want to play some soccer or a game of cornhole!

We have one actively recording ring camera at the front entrance which actively records video and audio. There is also a smart home device on the back patio which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

Guest access
Guests have access to every part of the house besides inside the garage.

Parking is available. (Lookout for rental car service coming soon as well.)

***The swimming pool is not heated. A hot tub is provided.
***The garage is not available.

From June to September, 78 Degrees is the lowest the Air Conditioner can be set at to avoid freezing the unit.

This house is a non-smoking house. Please refer to smoking outside.

The City of Glendale has restrictions about loud music anytime past 10pm, therefore this is not a place for huge parties or large gatherings. However, please ask us about any events you may be interested in having. We may be able to assist with possible accommodation.
