The Neighborhood:
Glendale is a city in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. Located about nine miles northwest of the state capital Phoenix. Glendale is home to both historic attractions like Sahuaro Ranch Park and state of the art entertainment facilities like State Farm Stadium the home of the NFL's Arizona Cardinals. The city also contains the Arrowhead Towne Center shopping mall.

Getting Around:
There are plenty of ways to get around, including The WestGate Circulator - a free shuttle service at several locations within the Sports & Entertainment District! Options for uber or lyft as well!

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $100 per day of stay, which can be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris in the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!

Security camera details: Cameras facing driveway and front entry area, as well as in the backyard facing the pool equipment.

Interaction with Guests:
We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
