Apartment is available for long term lease for 30 days or more. Furnished, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, one bathroom, includes all linens. A desk in the living room and Comcast WiFi makes it easy to work if you need to.

The apartment and property is designated non-smoking. If you need to smoke, please walk out to the street.

There is dedicated off street garage parking for one car. The garage opening height is 6 feet 4 inches (193 cm) opening width is 7 feet 3 inches (220 cm). Large pickup trucks and SUVs may not fit. Additional cars must be parked on the street. Please note that during the hours 8:00am to 6:00pm street parking is limited to two hours daily. Please let us know if you have a larger vehicle and have further questions.

I live about 30 minutes away so interaction is minimal but we do have plenty of cleaners and handymen around that will be able to assist if needs arise.

This property is terrific all year round for a visit to Salt Lake City. Many festivals and widely-known events are held in the city each year. A glance into what the city has to offer sheds light on why Salt Lake City – known as The City of Joy.
