Walking further into the condo, you will enter the common area that provides 2 oversized sitting chairs, a super comfy sleeper sofa, & a satellite equipped TV, so have a margarita & unwind watching all of your favorites! Continuing out through the sliding glass doors leads you onto the large balcony where you will have a wonderful view of the Gulf & the outdoor pool! Patio furniture makes it the perfect spot to spend time having morning coffee or to catch up with family & friends after a day on the white sand beaches of the Gulf! Moving into the bedrooms, you’ll see the master suite boasts a spacious king-size bed with fun coral inspired décor & a wonderful view to wake up to while the secondary bedroom offers a queen-size bed & a tranquil blue seashell theme. Guest Access:
Guests have access to all of the complex amenities which include: beachside pool, exercise room, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, tennis courts, a BBQ area with picnic tables.

The Neighborhood:
This complex is very centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and much more.

Other Things to Note:
Purchase parking pass ($50 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles) from guard at gate upon arrival.
When you go through the guard gate, building 5 is directly in front of you, Building 4 just past that, closer to the beach.
