The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, private master bath, and balcony access. Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a trundle bed with a full-sized bed on bottom, twin on top, plus a pull-out single. This great beach condo can comfortably sleep up to eight guests. Other features include tile floors throughout, a washer & dryer, and Wi-Fi. Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire unit (4-A) along with the common area amenities such as the outdoor pool.

The Neighborhood:
There is a great coffee spot (West Beach Coffee House) and convenience store (Pier 33) next door.

Shopping, dining, walk-in-doctor office, arcade, mini-golf, entertainment, grocery stores, nightlife, etc are all located nearby. Pier 33 general store is located just feet away and has everything you need for those last-minute items. The Hangout is located less than a mile away.

This is a low-density duplex development with only 10 total units.
There is designated parking for 2 vehicles under the home.
There is not an elevator so you will have to navigate one flight of stairs to access the space.
Beach access is at the West 6th St Public Beach, which is a block (0.2 mi or 300 yards) to the east. It is a short walk.
