Note: The property is smoke-free and available for Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during the high season from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Important: We use a third party app to run a verification process on all guests before bookings become confirmed reservations. Guest agrees to complete this process within 48 hours to avoid cancelation. Guests must be at least 25 years old or 30 if unrelated. Valid IDs, a signed lease, and a security deposit are prerequisites for confirming your booking. Blue Anchor Property Management has the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if any of the above requirements have not been met.

No house parties, events, gatherings or celebrations without advanced written approval (additional addenda and fees required.)

Dogs friendly - one dog (up to two, 50 lbs) for a $250 pet fee. Inquire about the possibility of additional dogs for additional fees.
