The Banff Pass is free for you to use for the duration of your stay. Please make sure to return/leave the Banff Pass and key fobs on the counter before you leave or you will be charged for them accordingly.$250 per lost Fob. $200 per lost Banff National Park Pass.

NOISE/CIGARETTE/CANNABIS SMOKE DEVICES
We are electronically notified when noise and cigarette/cannabis smoke is detected in the unit. We are also notified when the equipment is unplugged, moved, etc.

QUITE HOURS/STRICT NO PARTIES
Please keep in mind this is a residential building and we ask that you be respectful of your neighbors. The quiet hours are between 10 pm - 7 am.

Please note: we do have a noise detector, and are alerted if noise levels are over 70 db.

Absolutely no parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music is allowed. No exceptions. This is a STRICT rule as it can affect our license.

To prevent partying or disruption of neighbors , you will be notified only ONCE if noise levels (above 70db), have been detected or if the device equipment has been tampered with. 2nd warning means that a manager will be sent onsite which will cost you the damage deposit, and you will be told to leave with no refund.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR DRUGS
We have a very strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking and drugs. Strictly no drug use, smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes within the property and building. There is a CAD $250 fine if we are notified or made aware of any of the above, with no exceptions.

ID & DAMAGE DEPOSIT/WAIVER
Guest(s) are required to fill out a pre-arrival form which requires a non-refundable damage waiver ($100) OR refundable deposit ($600) via Enso and a government-issued ID after the booking confirmation. This is mandatory and must be paid before you can receive the unit door code.

DAMAGE
We complete a thorough walk-through before your check-in. All previous damage is documented. Any new damage found within the property during your stay will be documented and reported and the guest associated with the reservation will be subject to applicable charges. Once you check in, we also recommend that you verify everything is functional and that you are overall happy with the property. You must inform us immediately upon check-in if you notice any damage, etc.

EXCESSIVE UNCLEANLINESS
The property should be left in an acceptable condition. If the property is excessively unclean (excessive garbage throughout, dirt, mud, stains, rips, etc.) and it results in extra cleaning time, you’ll be charged $100 for extra cleaning fees.

COMMUNAL SPACES & AMENITIES
These shared spaces are for your enjoyment during your stay. Please remember to respect these spaces and your neighbors, maintain cleanliness, and keep your noise levels down or you will be charged accordingly. There are security cameras in all communal areas of the building.

COMPLAINT POLICY
We do have a strict complaint policy.. During your stay, If there are complaints regarding partying or loud noise from neighbors, the building security, or our noise detection device, you will be charged the full deposit amount. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. No exceptions, No refunds.

NO SHOES INDOORS
No outdoor shoes are allowed inside.

PETS
We have a strict no pets policy and if pets are within the property, you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning fees.

BALCONY SAFETY
Please exercise caution while on the balcony. All children must be supervised.

Guardian Property Near Saddledome
Place is as advertised. Not very big but more than enough space for a few people. There were two of us using the unit during a weekend for a Flames game. Walking to the Saddledome was easy and location is also a short Uber or 10 min walk from Stephenson Ave/8th Ave restaurants. There is a property management company that runs the unit and they were easy to communicate via email. Their check-in/check-out process was very easy. Overall a nice property close to what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment and view
Overall very happy with the location and view. It is VERY bright in the morning with floor-to-ceiling windows and very sheer curtains. Bring an eye mask in the spring/summer and you'll be fine. Good water pressure. Owners very communicative by e-mail.
