Great Place

This was an excellent experience - The home is well maintained. It's well decorated and clean. Very roomy - The Kitchen is very well maintained. There were plenty of dishes, enough that we didn't have to do dishes all week, plenty of serving utensils, easy to find everything. and had everything you would need. I have stayed at places where the kitchen is sparsely maintained. - the owners (or perhaps it's the rental agency) really do a nice job to ensure the little things are taken care of. there was toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, spices, dishwasher soap, laundry soap those things you don't want to buy but need. It really made the place welcoming. Extra sheets, pool towels, really anything you could need. The rental agency is also very good. Much better than the one I used in Florida. Good welcome texts/emails, good notifications during the week and on checkout, we knew exactly what to do. They were extremely responsive and very helpful through the rental process. The owners/agency should consider more/better pictures, they don't do justice to how much room this place has. It had plenty of space if you were 2/3 different families with children, we didn't even use all the bedrooms so I believe it's also well priced for what you get. There was a nice patio space and nice balconies that weren't in the pictures at all if I remember what would I suggest for improvement: - the sofa is getting slightly old and slightly uncomfortable. only slightly though. - the owner should consider a c-table or two for the sofa, there isn't anywhere to put a drink conveniently anywhere. the above is super nit-picky... it is important that you follow the driving instructions that are sent to you in the end for the last mile. Apple Maps struggled to take us directly to the place and went different routes a couple of times. I would definitely rent this place again and I would use redsandsvacations agai.

Great New Townhome

We loved the complex and the swimming pool. There were a lot of pool towels, games, and pickleball sets for our use. Townhome was new and had a lot of gathering space. The bedrooms were small. When we arrived I did notice that the dishes were put away dirty, so I did end up running the dishwasher before we started using anything in the kitchen.

Great New Townhome

We loved the complex and the swimming pool. There were a lot of pool towels, games, and pickleball sets. Townhome was new a had a lot of gathering space. The bedroom were small. When we arrived I did notice that the dishes were put away dirty, so I did end up running the dishwasher before we started using anything in the kitchen.
