Original stucco, hardwood floors, high ceilings, crown molding, and an arched entry door celebrate the everlasting allure of San Antonio’s Historic Monte Vista neighborhood. The dialogue between organic and geometric forms throughout are a contemporary perspective on San Antonio’s natural and cultural landscapes.
The property is a private, boutique hospitality environment, boasting over 3,000 square feet of interior living space across two detached structures: a 4 bedroom main house and 3 bedroom casita, for a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 2 kitchens (+1 built-in exterior grill).
Designed as a functional sensory collage, every space and surface in the property invites ease while creating texture, and interest. Dimmable designer lighting throughout the interior and exterior add a dimension of mood and tone to the space. Layered behind the 4 bright and crisp main house bedrooms, guests will find 3 lush and moody casita bedrooms nestled among the mallorca inspired flora. Intimate interior and exterior lounge and living areas are peppered throughout the property are designed to cultivate closeness and connection.

Downtown San Antonio is about a 10 minute car ride from the home, perfect for grabbing a late night bite to feast on by the fireplace. If you’re looking to see a few more sights, there is also public transportation nearby. Look for a VIA Metropolitan Transit bus that operates on Route 4. Board the bus, ensuring you have the appropriate fare or pass, and get to sightseeing!
