Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. The driveway can hold up to 4 vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the Lake Berkley Resort, a prime location with all the major theme parks being a quick drive away; Walt Disney World (7.9 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (9.7 miles), Universal Studios (17.7 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (18.9 miles), and SeaWorld (13.9 miles). Being a guest of the resort gives you access to the private clubhouse equipped with a cyber cafe, fitness room, large communal pool, hot spa, and more! It’s easy to be active around the property with orange groves, a conservation area with nature trails, and a private beach. If you’d like to stock the house with groceries, a Walmart is only 6-minutes away by car.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (4) car maximum in the driveway.

Parking on the street is only permitted on one side of the street as marked
with existing signage.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you.

The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.

The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored.

Please be advised that the spa/hot tub should be used in moderation as it draws heat from the pool. This will help us keep the pool clear (high heat will kill chlorine).

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
