As you enter this splendid retreat, you will discover one of the two living areas boasting comfy seating throughout. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, perfect for formal meals and board game nights. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. Attached to the kitchen is the second living room, where you will find a welcoming sofa and a smart TV with streaming services. When it comes to outdoor living, this retreat enjoys a private back patio with seating and a gas grill. Additional perks include central AC and a washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
