The Space:
This inviting 2-bedroom condo offers a prime location for year-round mountain adventures. Just a short drive from River Run Gondola and the Peru Express Chairlift, hitting the slopes is a breeze. If you prefer to walk, it's a 500-yard journey to the Peru lift—simply cross Hwy 6 at the pedestrian crossing, stroll past the Goat Soup & Whiskey Tavern, navigate beyond Snowdance Condominiums, cross the charming footbridge, and you'll arrive at E. Keystone Road and the lift. When the snow melts, immerse yourself in the abundant outdoor activities that Keystone is renowned for. The condo itself is equipped with all the comforts of home and grants access to excellent shared facilities, including an indoor pool and a rejuvenating hot tub. Choose this home for an exceptional stay, any time of the year.

When you enter the home, you will arrive in the tiled entryway where you will find multiple coat hooks and a spacious closet, great for storing your outdoor gear. Steps away from the front door is the dining area, outfitted with a wooden dining table with seating for 6. The table is tucked next to the kitchen bar, making for an ideal bridge between the two spaces, convenient for passing hot dishes from the oven to the table. In the well-equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to put together a delicious meal with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a range of cookwares including a crockpot and a food processor.

Connected to the kitchen/dining area is the bright living room, where plush furnishings and views over Keystone await you. The living room is outfitted with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and side tables with lamps creating a warm ambiance. Kick back and relax while warming up by the lovely fire, or enjoy a movie on the mounted TV, this space is set up for entertaining or relaxing! At night turn the living room into an extra sleeping space and convert the couch into a pull-out bed, this room is a dynamic space ready to meet all your needs. Along the back wall is a sliding glass door that opens up to the private balcony. Step outside and take in the views of Keystone while you relax on the two patio chairs, or cook up a meal on the propane BBQ.

When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the two bedrooms located down the hallway past the kitchen. You will first come to the guest bedroom, outfitted with a queen-size bed, a side table, bedside lamps, and a spacious closet with a dresser inside. From the comfort of this room you can enjoy views over Keystone out the large window! Conveniently located across the hallway from the bedroom is the full-shared bathroom. Which features a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink cabinet space, and a bathtub/shower combo. At the end of the hallway you will find the master bedroom, a spacious retreat that will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the master bedroom you will find a comfortable king-size bed with matching nightstands, two large windows with views of Keystone, and a mounted 32” smart TV. Adding to the comfort of the room is a large dresser and a closet, as well as an en suite bathroom that includes a granite countertop vanity, a storage rack, and a bathtub/shower combo.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, a private balcony, and one parking spot in the parking lot in front of the building. Guests will also have access to shared amenities such as a fitness center, a sauna, an indoor pool, and a hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
This home offers an amazing location in the heart of Keystone, with incredible access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort. A quick 3-minute drive will take you to the River Run Gondola parking, where you can leave your car and jump onto the lift that will take you to the top of Dercum Mountain. Another option for easy access to the ski slopes is Peru Express, located a 6-minute drive from the home. You can also walk 500 yds to the Peru Express by crossing Hwy 6 at pedestrian crossing, walk to the left of Goat Soup & Whiskey Tavern, pass Snowdance Condominiums, over footbridge, to E. Keystone Road.

After a day on the mountain, enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafés, and breweries in the area. In the summer months, take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to spend a day exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina, makes for a scenic outing, or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A quick day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also less than 30 minutes away and is a must-visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafés, and shops.

Getting Around:
Just a short walk from the home, you will find a stop for the FREE shuttle, easily connecting you to all of Keystone. The shuttle runs on the silver, yellow, purple, and blue route connecting you to Keystone Resort and the several lifts in the area. Explore Keystone on foot, or drive to just about anywhere in Keystone in 5 minutes. During the winter months, you are only a 3-minute drive away from the River Run Gondola, and 5 minutes from Peru Express lift, both options will get you out on the slopes in no time. You are also within a 30-minute drive or less from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, or Arapahoe Basin. Or get out and explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area. Dillon is a 10-minute drive away, while Silverthorne is 12 minutes and Frisco is an 18-minute drive. From this home, you can be in Breckenridge in under 30 minutes or Vail in 40 minutes.

Public transport is also an option, with the Summit Stages FREE bus' Rasor Drive bus stop on the Silverthorne-Keystone-Dillon route located a 5-minute walk from the home. Hop on this FREE bus and find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis.

Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. No pets are allowed.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
