♟Additional cleaning during the stay can be requested by the customer.

♟The stairwells and parking area are shared by you, other guests and long-term tenants apart of a 26-unit Apartment Complex.

★Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed. NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMPSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS.
★Pet rent is $100 for each pet or $20 per pet/per night, whichever is greater.

3. Mega Late Checkout any time until 5 PM CST for $100.00.
