This two-story condo enjoys a prime location, just up the road from Mt. Snow and Timber Creek Cross Country Ski Area. When you're not exploring the neighboring slopes and trails, you'll be an easy drive from the Mt. Snow Golf Club, less than four miles away, Haystack Golf Course, seven miles away, and Stratton Mountain Resort, 14 miles away.

The condo is a true year-round escape, as inviting in the peak of summer as in the middle of winter. Spend warm, sunny days sipping cold drinks and barbecuing on the patio. On snowy evenings, curl up by the woodstove, set up a board game at the coffee table, and stream a good movie on the smart TV.

Another great feature is how the condo is set up for both work and play. Enjoy such practical amenities as a well-equipped kitchen, complimentary WiFi, and a desk workspace with a monitor in one of the bedrooms. The bedrooms are upstairs - a primary bedroom with a balcony and a smart TV, a guest bedroom with a smart TV, and a cozy kids' room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
