Book with us and have the main floor of this bungalow all to yourself. With 3 bedrooms, a living room with free Netflix and Disney Plus, this is ideal for families looking for a comfortable and spatious stay. The laundry room is accessible through the kitchen door, down the stairs and on the left side, shared with guests in the basement. We also set up a play area for young children so you can get whatever it is you need to get done without having to worry about entertaining your kids. There's a simple desk setup beside the TV if you need to work during your stay.

- A brand-new dishwasher is installed right under where the coffee station is.
- We even offer complimentary coffee, decaf, teas and hot chocolate for the little ones.
Here are some less desirable aspects that you may wish to note:
- This home is not equipped with air conditioning, but that being said, it rarely gets hot in the summer months thanks to the shading provided by large pine trees in the front yard. We provide cooling fans for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
The main floor comfortably sleeps 6 guest with a king and 2 queen size beds. Additional folding mattresses available upon request for larger parties.

During your stay, please park in front of the property as there are ample free street parking. Please note that the laundry room is shared with guests in the basement.

Glenbrook is a residential neighbourhood in the southwest quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. It is bounded by 26 Avenue S to the north, 37 Street W to the east, Richmond Road to the south and Sarcee Trail to the west.
If arriving by car, please follow traffic signs and obey speed limit as there are many schools and playground zones in the area. There are loads of free street parking in front of and around the property. Please do not park at the back of the house as the parking space beside the garage is reserved for guests in the basement. For those without access to a vehicle, getting around is easy too. Route 93 bus stop is about a 1 minute walk from the property and Sb 45 St SW @ 33 Av SW C-Train station is also within walking distance.
There is a locking mechanism above the key pad lock on the Kitchen door, to access stairs leading to laundry room. For your safety, please remember to keep this manual lock locked at ALL times, except for when needing access to the laundry room. Thank you for your cooperation.
The garage is unavailable at the moment, but if you need to drop off your luggage prior to 4pm check-in, please contact your host and give at least a day's notice before arrival.
