Welcome to Phoenix East 1102, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath Gulf-front condo with a bunk alcove, offering 800 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests. This slice of beach paradise is the perfect retreat for swimming, shopping, trying local eateries, or simply unwinding by the water.

Step inside and enjoy the bright, coastal décor and fully furnished interior designed for a relaxing stay. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals or enjoy delicious takeout from nearby restaurants. The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to your private balcony—ideal for soaking in emerald Gulf views and refreshing sea breezes.

The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. When it's time to turn in, the kids will love the bunk alcove room as their "hideway" in the hallway. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The Phoenix East complex provides an impressive array of resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, splash pad, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, tennis courts, racquetball court, grilling area, gated entry, and a private boardwalk leading straight to the beach.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

I would give this a higher rating, but the mattress was truly the worst mattress I have ever slept on. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Shouldn’t have to be uncomfortable on vacation.

We had an amazing time at Phoenix East this week! The unit was clean and plenty spacious enough for our family of 5. It is a beautifully decorated space with a modern beach vibe and very comfortable. The private balcony has a lovely ocean view that catches a nice breeze in the evening. Our teens and 9yr old had a blast jumping and body surfing in the waves each afternoon and chilling in the pool afterward. We will definitely look forward to returning!

Easy check in with a clean room. Tanning lounger on patio broken as well as side table inside, and wallpaper behind bunk beds has been torn off. You do pay for parking and on busy weekends you may have a bit of a walk to the entrance. Easy beach access with option to rent chairs. Fun pool area. Quiet at night. No amenities such as pack n play, beach items, or coffee but host provided info for renting which worked great for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The condo was updated with nice furnishings. The property info could have been a little more accurate. It should have listed that a Keurig & hair blow dryer were both in the condo. That was very minor though. The location was great and it was very close to the beach.

Clean and cute coastal style! Love the kitchen table and decor items! Very clean. Only slight problem (which wasn’t owners fault) was construction on the tower right next to us during the day. Workers were literally right at the balcony. And the indoor pool & hot-tub was closed while we were there. Wasn’t an issue because the phoenix east II was open to use for us. Warning, pull out couch is not for adults, very lumpy, even the kids didn’t want to sleep on it.

Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Neighbors were loud at bed time. Overall cleanliness was mediocre at best. View was great, however there was construction right next to our balcony and we couldn’t sit out there at times. Towels were very poor quality and there was just not much to be excited about. Door was broken when we got there and we waited hours for maintenance to “fix” it.

Amazing condo

If you are on the fence, book it! I'm a long-time Orange Beach goer and have stayed in dozens of Phoenix units and this is the nicest one I've ever been in. Beautifully renovated property with excellent views.

Beautiful condo

We’ve stayed in several places in Orange Beach & Gulf Shores. This condo is smaller than what we are used to but is fine for a trip for 2. The bathroom is kind of small and there isn’t a lot of storage space. I would suggest some hooks in the bathroom & bedroom to hang towels and clothing and also a laundry basket for the closet. Loved the decor. Very clean. Our only issue was one of the sliding doors was broken and duck taped and it was very drafty. I emailed the property manager and told the front desk but no one came to fix it. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would rent this condo again.
