Find yourself in a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path neighborhood that still puts you close to a number of local attractions, including beaches, restaurants, shops, and parks. Venture out to discover additional destinations like the Amelia Community Theatre - Studio 209, the Amelia River Club, and all the fun and excitement found in historic, downtown Fernandina Beach.

Inside the air-conditioned home, discover a comfortable living area with a plush sofa, a TV (streaming available using your own accounts), and a built-in desk for your laptop. Thoughtfully designed, this space has a lot of work areas with easy access to outlets for all of your electronics, including the desk and bedside table areas.

The kitchen is ready to help you prepare easy meals or reheat yesterday's leftovers. It features a two-burner flat-top cooking area, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, mini oven, and counter seating for two for meals or rainy-day games.

A timber-framed, furnished sunroom offers a table and chairs if you want to dine "outdoors." You'll also find a timber-frame open-air patio perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening cocktails.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
