Desert Oasis! Pool, game room, tiki bar, & mountain views!

Enjoy modern desert living in our valley of the sun getaway where the sun is always shining, the pool is always sparkling, pets are always welcome, and the tiki bar is open!

Everything new! Complete remodel in 2022 including a new kitchen, bathrooms, pool, game room, furniture, and tiki bar! Located in a quiet family neighborhood just minutes from Spring Training, hiking at Thunderbird, Phoenix, golf, Six Flags waterpark, groceries, restaurants, I-17, & more. 20 mins to State Farm Stadium.

The space
We have packed so much fun in to this house that you may never want to leave!

Starting with our brand new 5' deep pool (heated free of charge) and all of the pool toys you could imagine including; inflatables, diving rings, pool basketball, goggles, puddle jumpers, and more. From 11/1 to 5/15 we charge $25 per day to heat the pool. Approximately 1 week from your check-in date we will ask you whether you'd like to add this on.

Once you've cooled off you can relax the day away in our covered daybed filled with comfy pillows, get some sun on the loungers, fire up the grill and dine outdoors, then finish the evening off enjoying the tiki bar.

Once you head inside, our 2200 sq ft single story 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features 3 rooms with king sized beds and a bunk room that sleeps 4.

But you'll probably want to head straight for the game room! Our game room includes 2 arcade units with games like, Golden Tee, Defender, Rampage, Joust, Street Fighter and more. Not a video game person? No problem that's what we have air hockey and foosball for or grab a board game to play.

Our dining table seats 6 with an additional 4 bar stools at the island. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook including; frying pans, pots, casserole dish, pie plate, shredder, mixer, popcorn popper (popcorn provided), and food processor. We also have plenty of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, and wine glasses. All dishes are also available in plastic for use outside. Children's dish set for 4 is always available.

Relax in the living room watching the 65" tv on our new leather couch, oversized egg chair, or comfy side chairs. There are also poufs around the house to create seating wherever you'd like.

The hallway bathroom has two sinks with mirrors, a toilet, and large shower. The master bathroom also has two sinks with mirrors, a separate toilet room, large soaking tub, shower, and walk-in closet.

When it's time to sleep, cozy up in one of our 3 king sized beds with Casper memory foam mattresses and Pottery Barn linens. There's also a bunk room that sleeps 4 and includes Casper mattresses on the two bottom bunks and a comfy bunk mattress on the two top bunks. Want to watch TV from bed? Both our bunk room and our master bedroom include TVs.

And just in case you need it we have a full size washer and dryer stocked with detergent, stain remover, bleach, and dryer sheets.

*Please note that we do have quiet hours between 9pm and 8am. Out of respect for our neighbors please keep any indoor or outdoor noise to a minimum.

For maximum privacy our home is located on a corner lot, because of this it's possible you will hear some traffic noise from the back yard. We are not located on a main street, we are located on an arterial neighborhood street.*

Other things to note
We welcome pets! Since we often travel with our dog we wanted to make sure we have a comfy spot for other pets to stay. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee required when bringing pets. We provide pet beds, water and food bowls, and waste pick-up bags for both large and small pets. There might even be a few treats there for our special guests :)
