Relax and unwind in this small community on the lake in the Texas Hill Country and enjoy exploring the lake, having refreshments on your two-story outdoor megabar, kicking back in your hammock, eating s’mores by the fire pit, playing yard games, and grilling on the gas grill/smoker combo. Due to fluctuating water levels, sometimes this cozy cabin offers lakefront access but not always. Currently, lake levels are low and guests can expect a 15 minute walk to access the lake.

The Space:
Located on Lake Buchanan in the Texas Hill Country, this rustic home with its fully equipped kitchen has practically everything you need for a relaxing vacation and refreshing change-of-scenery, including:

Guest Access:
This listing includes the entire house. You’ll have access to the entire property with these exceptions: The garage contains housekeeping items and is locked.

Other Things to Note:
Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/pet/night + any applicable taxes. This will be charged through Airbnb the day before your stay. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Please note this property is not fenced; however, there is a fully-fenced, small area for dogs on the right side of the home. Thank you!

Additional Details:
- Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 10 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.
- Ask about our boat rental or bring your own boat.
- We do not recommend using the boat dock at this property, especially when lake water is not present at the dock. If you do choose to use it, please use at your own risk and be careful!
- 3 Kayaks with lifevests are available for you to use.
- There is a trampoline on this property. Please use caution when using and do so at your own risk.
- You may encounter wildlife on the property. We've seen deer, armadillos, fish, turtles, snakes, birds, etc. Enjoy but be careful and stay on the property at your own risk.
-Enjoy rural Texas Hill Country in this small community on the lake. There is a small market down the street 2.5 miles away (J & S), and the closest grocery store is about 15 minutes away in Kingston.
