This large home offers six bedrooms, five full-bathrooms, one half-bathroom, an open living area and multiple balconies. The living area features a large living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, wet-bar and a half-bathroom. Ample windows and doors throughout the living area provide a lot of nice, natural light. There is a balcony off of the living area that provides a nice view of the beach and the ocean. This a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The first bedroom features a king sized bed, television, ensuite full-bathroom and an ocean view balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed, single bed and a television. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a television. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, television, ensuite full-bathroom and an ocean view balcony. The fifth bedroom features a queen bed and a television. The sixth bedroom features two sets of bunk-beds and a television. The additional full-bathrooms are centrally located and easily accessible from their adjacent bedrooms. Amenities include onsite parking and an outdoor pool that is shared with the neighboring home. The beach, restaurants, shopping, Northside Park, amusements and more are all within a short walk. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
