The second floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, fireplace, half bath, and the master bedroom and bath. The third level has two bedrooms, a shared bath, and a large, open loft area.

High season summer weekly rentals: from Memorial Day through Labor Day: 7-night bookings are Sat to Sat.
Parking: There is a large driveway at the back of the house that can hold 4-5 cars. There are also two parking spots in the front of the house.
Bedding, Linens, and Towels: You should plan to bring your towels and bed linens. The change-over window is short, and cleaning crews do not have time to launder four bedrooms. If you prefer to rent linen/towel packages for the week, linens can be delivered on the day of your arrival and picked up on the day of your departure.
