WELCOME
- It is a Self-check-in, with the keypad, check in information will be provided the day of your check in.
- Please check all items before using them. Report immediately if there are any damages or losses as soon as possible.
- A legal copy of your Driver’s license is required, ID, Or PASSPORT TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY.
- Nightly rates are for 2 guests only max/ per night.
- The external house is protected through the surveillance security camera system agent at all 36o degrees. All Cameras are 100% outside
- DO NOT TOUCH CAMERAS, SMOKE DETECTORS, OR ANY SENSORS. Do not UNPLUG ANY PLUGGED OUTLETS ....CTC. If this happens and we called someone to come and repair or fix it, you will be liable for the costs.
- External camera locations are (at the front, on the side, in the backyard, and on the other side of the house street, driveway street)
- Unauthorized guests are not allowed in the house
- the house code for access will be provided on the day of your check-in day couple of hours before your check-in.
- Remember to close the front door always. It is automatically controlled and operated, if we see for any reason you forgot to lock it, We will go ahead and lock it for you. But if “when it is unlocked “, someone gets in the house and you lose items, “we are not responsible” even though the neighborhood is very safe.
- At the pool, for kids' safety, NO KIDS ARE ALLOWED UNATTENDED (under 13 years old) The pool is your own risk. Please leave your kids away from the pool if they can’t Swim.
- No drugs or any illegal activities in the house. If management or host notice any drugs, smell or suspicious activities in the room, host has right to access the room and ask the guest what is going on. If guest is not cooperative, cops will be called and you will be terminated right away.
- NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY AT ALL WHAT SO EVER, Other guests must rest and enjoy the property as well.
- If neighbors complain about your noise, and you don't stop after the warning, we will terminate your stay. So please respect the other guests, neighbors and the neighborhood's quietness.
- Host must be notified of any additional guests, no surprises as our cameras are active and recording outside.
- Unauthorized guests ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SWIMM unless they pay. If you want them to swim there is a $40/person/day charge.
- NO DRINKS, GLASSES, OR FOOD BY THE POOL. Breaking the rules will be subject to additional charges or immediate termination.
- If the management or the owner is not comfortable with the guest for any reason, and the guest is not cooperating or not responding to solve the issues, the Management/ owner has the right to terminate the contract or to take a legal action, call the cops and remove the guest.
- Neighbors are not allowed to enter the property for any reason.
- Refusing to cooperate with all the house rules will cause legal action, termination, or no access to the property.

Clean and friendly

The property was very clean and well-maintained. Because you’re getting just a room you have to share the common areas. We had to share a bathroom with another couple and my only complaint is that when I initially asked if we had a private bathroom I was told yes. It may have been a language barrier. Overall, it was very nice and convenient for us.

No More Than 2 Guests

I text upon landing at 8:30 pm. No responce for 2 hours! Thank GOD I was not stranded. Upon arrival the house is freezing cold. It was 65° or less inside and another guest had been there 2 days The bedding is not a sheet and blanket. Its a sheet and a mat-like cover. That is not a blanket for a bed. I use that type of mat in my business! When I asked for a real blanket I was told you have what you have but she will see if she can find something. I said forget it! I had half my packaged food on the counter bc the other renter and I shared each other's food. I was told to put the food away or "get out"! No joke! 2 guests are the limited number that is allowed but my brother was not considered an allowable guest by the individual communicating??? No garbage cans in either the bathroom nor the bedrooms There was literally not enough toilet paper for 1 adult for 1 day. When I complained I was told to get my own! Beware! This is an Eritrean controlling tyrant. It is literally THE cheapest place on VRBO. Now I know why. It is very clean though but bring your own supplies and list 2 guests if you even think of having someone visit. I came there to consider a business venture. I will pay extra next time for peace of mind. BTW the other renters agreed with this assessment
