Our properties at Village by the Beach offer first class living on the Texas Gulf Coast. This comfortable townhome is fully furnished and custom decorated with modern beach cottage decor, an open concept layout, and multiple balconies allowing you and your family / friends to enjoy all the conveniences of home in the relaxed surroundings of beach living. It's great location provides quick access to swimming, fishing, surfing and a variety of delicious dining options. Positioned within walking distance to the beach with access to two on-site resort style swimming pools and a kids playground; this property is an excellent fit for large families or a group of friends that enjoy vacationing together. This 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom unit can easily sleep up to 16 people in comfort!

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, a sponge, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-NOT PET FRIENDLY.

It was okay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was mostly clean, had plenty of room, and was close to the beach and pool. The kitchen is upstairs, which can be challenging, but we didn’t mind too much. We were unable to do laundry during our stay because the dryer was broken. I notified Padre Escapes on our second day, and they didn’t send anyone out until two days later, and they still couldn’t get it fixed. One of the tvs also had a weird screen issue downstairs in the game room area, so we were unable to use it.

Wonderful place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home that has plenty of room for 15 people. The only issue was that the upstairs “Master bedroom” only has a Queen bed in it. All the rest are King beds. This should change. The kitchen is on the top floor so be prepared to walk up the flights.

It was a very nice and clean home to stay in for vacation right next to the beach love it .the only thing was the washer and dryer did not work for me to be able to wash,and the balcony light did not work,and the game Machine for the kids to play was broken but playable👌.other then that very good home rental I can recommend for the family.

Perfect for our large family

This was perfect for our large family of 8 adults and 6 kids! It's close to the beach, the kids loved the pool, splash pad and playground. It's in a great location, close to restaurant's and any shopping we needed.
