La Jolie Chouette built in summer 2023, this home is characterized, among other things, by its modernity and its three-story facade windows. At its heart of 4,500 square feet, it offers all the amenities you aspire to. Perfect for families, friends or groups, as it has the advantage of comfortably accommodating up to 16 people and offering memorable spaces for relaxation, sports, fun and gatherings (weddings, lake-parties). -the shoulder, annual holidays, birthdays). It provides you with a complete bathroom on each floor (double shower on the ground floor, separate shower and bath on the other levels, three dryers included) as well as a laundry room (ironing board and iron included), two rooms on the garden level including their Queen bed and their bathroom, a family suite on the ground floor with its full bathroom as well as two single beds and a space to put a playpen (provided) , a master suite on the first floor with its King bed and full bathroom. In addition, it offers to join you in larger numbers with its four bunk beds on the 1st floor and its sofa bed on the garden level.
For sports enthusiasts, take advantage of the large indoor locker rooms to place your bicycles, your snowboarding, skiing, golf, snowmobiling, fishing or any other activities you practice (high chair, booster chair, 4 folding chairs, board games and Christmas tree included). To relax in complete comfort, take advantage of the hanging chairs (three), the gas fireplace, the SPA and the fireside located outside.
