The Space:
Main floor
An open, comfortable layout filled ample natural light, welcomes you in. Adorned with custom, high-end finishes, no detail has been overlooked. The living area has been thoughtfully designed and is a haven for relaxation. It is complete with luxury furniture and a fireplace to provide a cozy ambiance. An extension of the living area, the fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream and invites you to cook or enjoy takeout from the local eateries. Enjoy a productive work day in the office just behind the custom floor to ceiling walnut doors.

Upper floor
The home boasts spacious and inviting bedrooms, each furnished with comfort in mind. The primary suite is a retreat in itself, featuring a plush king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Pamper your senses with a bath or wash off your adventures in the overhead rain shower and body shower system. The additional bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms and offer flexibility for families or groups traveling together.

Basement floor
Park both of your cars in the heated garage and enter directly into the basement living room to relax after exploring the city! An additional bedroom and full bathroom, along with a wet bar complete the basement floor.

Outdoor/Rooftop:
Step outside to the private backyard oasis, perfect for enjoying Minnesota's beautiful seasons. Whether you're grilling or running around with the kids, there is plenty of space for all to enjoy. The rooftop is a great place to read a book on the comfy lounge chairs, or admire the view of the neighborhood.

Nestled in the trendy neighborhood of Linden Hills, you'll find yourself within walking distance of local shops, cafes, and parks. Explore Lake Harriet or take an easy walk to the nearby boutiques along 50th and France. This is the perfect base for experiencing the vibrant culture and charm of Minneapolis.

HOUSE RULES:
• All guests must be over the age of 21, unless part of a family unit.
• All check-ins are contactless! We require a completion of a check-in form and rental agreement prior to the check-in.
• No smoking inside of the home.
• No pets allowed.
• Parties or events not allowed, unless approved by the host.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Stays longer than 20 days will require a mid-stay cleaning every 10 days. This is to be completed by the property manager's appointed cleaner and is the financial responsibility of the guest.
