Lovingly decorated and cooled by central air-conditioning, the bedrooms are equally inviting. Off the primary bedroom, you'll even have access to an extra-large vanity and walk-in shower.

An important feature of the home is its on-site access to a shared pool and tennis court! A fitness center is even available if you have a workout regime you'd like to keep up with.

Guests will need to pay an additional fee for club access and lakehouse access.
Guests will need to purchase a Seabrook Island amenity card to use the island amenities. The fee is $30/day or $185 weekly. The Amenity Card gives you access to the Beach Club with two outdoor pools and a beach area; the restaurants; golf; tennis; the equestrian center; and the Lake House with one outdoor pool, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. Some amenities have additional fees, such as restaurants, golf, tennis, a fitness center, and an indoor pool.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
