Four of these are king en-suites, each with its own unique decor, luxurious bedding, high-end furnishings, and modern bathrooms, offering a serene retreat after a day in the sun. The fifth bedroom features custom built-in twin-over-full bunk beds, perfect for our younger guests.

The heart of the home is its expansive gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, where families can cook up a storm and share meals in the large dining area.

Guest Access:
Before you arrive, we'll send you a unique access code that will remain active for the duration of your stay. This code is your key to entering the home, making your arrival as smooth and convenient as possible. When you drive up, you'll find a spacious driveway ready to welcome up to 5 cars, with additional parking available in the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, our beach retreat is the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. The secluded and tranquil setting ensures privacy and a good night's sleep after some fun in the sun.

Getting Around:
While having a car is recommended, it's not a must. Our home sits close to the beach, shopping centers, dining spots, and more, putting everything within easy reach. Plus, with six free-to-use bikes and a golf cart at your disposal, exploring and enjoying the area is a breeze.

Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to sign and submit a standard short term rental agreement to the host. Guests will be sent the Rental Agreement after booking. Any guests who are unable to submit the signed Rental Agreement will not be given their access code and will not be permitted to check into the home.

As a rule across 30A and the Florida coast, guests are provided with a starter set of essentials in the home. This includes: 2 rolls of TP per bath, 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen, 2 trash bags, 2 pods for the dishwasher and washer, liquid dish soap, pot scrubber, and hotel style shampoo and bath soap. You may need to grab extra when you stop at the grocery store. Also, coffee and filters are not provided for health and safety reasons.
