What to be aware of:
-One Car Garage with space for one mid-sized vehicle; no parking is allowed in front of our garage. There are six additional first come first serve parking spaces directly across from the garage.  Restrictions may apply during heavy snow conditions when snow removal operations are conducted.-No guaranteed additional parking is available. Do not exceed the Max number of Vehicles (1)-Please leave skis in the garage, and not inside or outside. One ski rack is in the rear of the garage on the same side as the entry door, and the other is a black plastic ski stand on the floor on the opposite side. Total capacity is 10 pairs of skis
