The Lakehouse- pool, hot tub, lakefront

Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish space that offers lake views and amenities for everyone in your group. Perfect as a creative retreat or a get together for friends and family. Lakefront, shoreline, dock access and an expansive backyard for play, walks, and wildlife sightings, you'll love our house for its top notch offerings and peaceful spaces indoor and out.

A large sun-filled living room welcomes you. Cocktail bar, dining area, island, and a cook's kitchen with induction range invite you to come on in and stay awhile. From here the upper deck offers outdoor dining and connects to the pool deck below.

The MAIN LEVEL includes 3 ensuite bedrooms, a sun room, and a half bath--

The PRIMARY KING ENSUITE is a spacious retreat with lake views from each window. The adjacent sun room is a tranquil space to watch wildlife or a rainstorm.

KING BEDROOM 2 opens to the deck and offers backyard and lake views.

QUEEN BEDROOM 3 looks out over the garden with additional lake views.

The 4th SLEEPING ROOM is on the LOWER LEVEL has 2 full size beds, queen sleeper sofa, and full bathroom. The LOWER LEVEL opens out to the patio via a lanai door were you'll find a wicker swing, pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating for everyone.

Upstairs there's a 65" tv and electric fireplace to gather around; the downstairs has a game table, record listening station, bar, yoga or workout space, 85" tv, additional fireplace, and plenty of seating for the gang. A laundry room is downstairs as well.

The pool is open year round except when it's below freezing. The hot tub is open year round. A fire pit invites you to tuck in and hang out.

Walk down to the boat dock where you can swim or fish. Our cove attracts anglers. Let us know if you'd like to bring your boat and dock it at ours during your stay. We can give you ramp info for putting in. 2 kayaks and plenty of noodles are available for your use.

This is our own place that we love and cherish. We hope you will too. We'll keep the garage and owner's suite locked, but you'll have access to everything else the lake house has to offer.

If you have cars, please park only on the driveway and not anywhere else.

We're around but not intrusive. You can always reach us on the app, but keep in mind if it's overnight we might be sleeping. We'll reply as quickly as possible.

Guests will be required to sign rental agreement one week before check in.

The use of pool, hot tub, and lake is at your own risk. We are not responsible or liable for any actions or events that take place by you or your guests.

Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times.
This is our own house and we ask that you treat it with respect and care. To that end--

No parties or events. Only named guests (with ages provided) are permitted to be at the house.

There is room for 4 cars max in the driveway.

Please clean up after yourselves and wipe up any spills. Vacuums and cleaning supplies are on both levels.

Garbage must be bagged in trash bins at driveway. Bags are under the kitchen sink.

Do not move the furniture or unplug any items. Do not bring glitter, confetti, taped decorations, dye, or anything else that requires additional cleaning. Occupant will be charged for additional cleaning required above and beyond normal cleaning between guests.

PETS:
Pets are not permitted. The area has wildlife— skunks, coyotes, geese, deer during mating season— that pose a risk to pets, plus we have family with severe allergies. Any pets or animals brought by Occupants or their guests will result in immediate cancellation of booking with no refunds given.

POOL & HOT TUB:
Use pool and hot tub at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. We are not responsible or liable for any actions or events that take place in the pool, hot tub, or lake by Occupant or their guests. No glass on the pool patio, hot tub, or pool deck. No food or drinks in the pool. Please use plasticware provided at bar cabinets. Occupant agrees to pay $500 fine if glass is found.

Do not sit on hot tub cover and keep lid closed when not in use. Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times.

POOL & HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
May periodically be done throughout your stay. Guests will not be bothered and maintenance typically takes 15-30 minutes.

INSURANCE:
Occupant is encouraged to purchase travel insurance as neither Guest’s personal property nor travel plans nor rental vehicles are insured by Property owner or host. We abide by our cancellation policy.

NO SMOKING FEE:
Smoking is not permitted. If violated by any guest during the Rental Period, Occupant agrees to pay a $500 fine. Occupant agrees that if anyone in their group smokes outside they will dispose of butts properly.

SECURITY:
Three cameras are located on the exterior of the property for added security. 1 at each front door and 1 over the garage door. There are no cameras inside the property.

NO PARTIES:
More guests that the occupants listed in the reservation will be asked to immediately vacate by owners or police without refund. Because this is a neighborhood (with lovely neighbors) loud noise and music, profanity, or obscene behavior will result in immediate cancellation of booking with no refunds given. Our neighbors will call the police if there is loud noise or rude behavior.

HOME MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, ASSESSMENT OF DAMAGE:
Rarely the home requires maintenance or repairs that need to be done during your stay. The owners, management, or maintenance team may enter the home with an hour notice. In the event of an emergency, no notice may be given.

PRIVATELY OWNED:
Please note that our house is privately owned and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, plumbing, hot tub, etc) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or alternate accommodations for these malfunctions unless the property is deemed uninhabitable.

CHILDREN WELCOMED WITH FULL SUPERVISION:
We are happy to host children, but it's important to note that our home is not childproofed, has stairs, a hot tub, pool, and 2nd floor deck. Please supervise children at all times. We are not responsible or liable for any actions of children or guests in our home.

PESTS:
It's the south and occasional pests may be found inside the home during your stay. Please do not leave doors open or food or drinks out. Let us know if any pests are found during your stay so we can address immediately. We don't kill bees or other pollinators.

INSPECTION:
Occupant agrees that they will perform an initial inspection of the Property and report any damage to the host before the end of the first day's booking. If no damage is reported to host during this time, host will presume the Property was free from damage at the time of Occupant’s check-in.
