Welcome to Oak View! Located just 6 minutes from the town of Round Top, close to town and gated, yet perfect for a secluded getaway! This newly renovated, private oasis can sleep up to 10 people. Take a swim in the pool during the day, and relax by the fire pit in the evening. Please note, this listing includes both the main house and the guest house.
-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $44 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

-Pool: is NOT fenced. Please consider this when booking with children.

-All guests must sign a waiver upon arriving to the property.

- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
This property is professionally managed by Hostie Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!
