Condo Community and House Rules:
- Minimum rental age is 25 yrs old
- Max capacity of 10 people in the unit
- This is a smoke-free home
- No parties and events (no bachelor parties, golf tournaments, reunions, etc.)
- No pets
- Quiet hours every night: 10 pm - 7 am
- No excessive deck noise after 10pm
- No fireworks, fire pits, unattended open flames
- No shoes inside the house
- Violation of these rules may result in a minimum of $500 fee
Late Check out
- In consideration of our cleaning staff and next guest, we kindly request all guests to adhere to the 10am check out time.
- Pre-approved late checkouts are assessed at $100/hr
- Any unauthorized late checkout ("Overstay") is subject to an additional nightly fee up to 2X the average nightly listing fee originally paid by you ("Overstay Fees").
Parking
- No more than 2 cars can park in front the rented unit
- Overflow parking is available near the pool.
- The speed limit is 15 MPH. There is no parking on the roadways, as Fire Lanes must be kept open, and a 15-foot clearance around fire hydrants.
- Campers, motor homes, boats, and recreational vehicles cannot be parked on Condominium Association property during the rental period.
