This home is perfect for family gathering and entertaining. This large open concept living/dining/kitchen, 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, private fenced in pool with a Bay View is a great place to relax, enjoy the company and create memories.
The house will accommodate up to 20 guests!


UPSTAIRS: Master bedroom with king-sized bed, futon bed & private bath. Guests bedroom with 1 double bed & 1 queen bed with a guest bath. Spacious, open concept, living room with 2 queen-size futon sleeper, office/desk nook & flat screen TV. Beautiful kitchen with eat-in bar, fully furnished with everything you need, including WIFI, to enjoy your stay, with adjacent dining room seats 12. This is just the upstairs units with access to a large balcony with a Bay view.

DOWNSTAIRS: Two bedrooms with full-size beds, one with a small seating area containing a full futon, with a Jack & Jill bathroom and an additional full bathe off of the living room. Open floor plan full kitchen/gameroom with granite countertop, pool table, TV, and a living room with a queen-size futon sleeper & a double futon. A French door open to the pool area.

POOL AREA:
Privately fence backyard with a 3' to 5' large play pool. Picnic tables, pool chaises & a charcoal grill for your enjoyment.

When you visit the island there is so much to do. Make sure to check out Schlitterbah Beach Water Park for a great family outing, the island Equestrian Center for horse back riding on the beach, Sea Turtle, Inc for an interesting tour about the sea turtles that nest on the island, Clayton;s Beach Bar which is the largest outdoor bar in Texas, Louie's for bungee jumping & go-cart racing, fishing at the Pier, zip lining, parasailing and so much more. We hope you enjoy your stay at our home and this wonderful island!

Guest access
Driveway will accommodate up to 6 small cars. The property is located on the bay side. The island is very narrow and has multiple beach accesses. The beach is within walking distance or a 5 min drive. There are a lot of golf carts for rental by the hour or day. The island also has free bus transportation.

Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage.

There will be a $250 additional cleaning service fee in the event of violation of rules that requires extra cleaning. Fee will be requested thru and will be deducted from deposit.

Missing or damaging towels price:
* 20 Bath towels on site - $20 replacement
* 1 Hand towel per bathroom sink - $10 replacement
* 20 Face Towels on site - $5 replacement

All concerns & damages need to be reported within 4 hrs of day 1 after arrival. Concerns & damages pictures need to be uploaded thru communication thread.

***The house will have the following items for your convenience TO START ONLY: dish soap, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, trash bags, individual size: shampoo, conditioner & bath bars. Toilet papers with 1 extra roll for ea bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels & trash liners (please be prepared to bring extra for your usage)

All basic pots, pans, dishes, cups/ glasses, utnsils, cups/glasses, mop & broom are available.
PACK-N-PLAY is available upon request while supply lasts.

Due to COVID, we do not supply any condiments, cooking oil, coffee filter, etc... please supply your own.
