Once an event venue, this spacious retreat has been transformed into an eclectic, comfortable coastal haven for up to 14-16 guests, just minutes from the serene shores of Lake Michigan and beautiful beaches. This home is located just West of the Michigan/Indiana border, between Michigan City, Indiana and New Buffalo, Michigan.
Featuring 5,000 square feet, Dunegrass offers plenty of room to enjoy, lounge and relax. The main floor features a large primary suite with its own private kitchen, full bathroom, living space, and a convenient separate entrance. Upon entering the grand entrance of the home there are two half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy coffee bar & lounge area for your morning brew.
Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms, one full bathroom, a comfortable conversation room, and a TV/game room perfect for movie nights or gaming sessions. Step outside onto the second-floor deck to enjoy serenity & nature, complete with a fire pit and grill area.

Should you require additional sleeping accommodations, a secondary sleeper sofa is located on the first floor in the gathering space. The maximum overnight occupancy for this home is 16.
Parking for up to 5 cars is provided, with additional parking available upon request. Please note, Dunegrass can also accommodate events for up to 40 guests with prior approval from management. Additional fees & restrictions may apply.
For your comfort and safety, smoking is not permitted, and guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
