For the culinary enthusiast, the BBQ grill awaits, ready for you to whip up delicious meals under the open sky. There is also a commercial popcorn machine, an air fryer, 2 refrigerator/freezers (half size), and an outdoor sink area for washing hands and dish duty.

The karaoke microphone and surround sound will provide hours of entertainment, where you’ll laugh so hard you cry. As the day turns to dusk, gather around the crackling fire pit, a perfect spot for sharing stories, playing some guitar, roasting marshmallows, and creating lasting memories with your loved ones. ### Guest Access

Guests have full access to the camper and its amenities. Upon arrival, you'll receive a key and can enjoy complete privacy during your stay. Despite the secluded feel, essential conveniences are nearby – Walmart is a 10-minute drive, and a corner store/gas station (Country Joe’s) is just 4 minutes away.

- **Sand Castles**: Build to your heart's content on the sandy beach or relax with a drink and your feet in the sand.
- **Outdoor Kitchens**: One on the camper's exterior and one under an expansive carport, complete with a Blackstone grill, BBQ, fridges, freezers, outdoor sink, air fryer, commercial popcorn machine, and large dining tables.
- **Outdoor Entertainment**: An outdoor TV on a swivel for deck and fire pit viewing, equipped with karaoke and streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Comfortable chairs for outdoor movie nights.
- **Fire Pit**: Perfect for evening gatherings, singing, or telling stories.
- **River Activities**: Swim or use provided inner tubes in the river (for experienced swimmers). Various yard games and beach toys are available upon request.

The property is expansive and flows naturally. We own adjacent lots, ensuring privacy. If we are present, we will respect your space unless invited to join.

If you plan to have additional guests, please inform us so we can include them on the guest list. The Sheriff conducts property checks to ensure security, verifying that all vehicles and guests are registered.
