Welcome to Dayton Flyer House! Come fall in love with this home’s quaint charm and ode to Dayton history! This spacious layout is located in the heart of the historic South Park district of Dayton and provides three bedrooms with one king bed and two queen beds.
Learn about the Wright Brothers as you relax in comfort and style. Located just minutes from UD, Miami Valley hospital, and the Oregon district, the Dayton Flyer House places you at the center of convenience and excitement!

The cozy living room has plenty of space for guests to sit and enjoy one of the many books peppered throughout the house.
Enjoy prepping meals with this fully stocked and large kitchen! The large dining room is perfect for a traveling family or for a solo traveler to enjoy their coffee in the mornings.
The bathroom has been fully remodeled while preserving the original floor tile and is conveniently located in the center of the house. Feel free to enjoy a board game with your family or friends as we have several to choose from in the dining room hutch!
Each bedroom comes with a ROKU TV, box fan, extra pillows, and laundry hamper. Most bedroom
end tables/lamps have additional outlets built in.

South Park is a 24-block, 150-acre area of more than 780 structures primarily dating from the 1880s to the early twentieth century. It is located south of downtown Dayton, just north of the University of Dayton campus, and east of Miami Valley Hospital. Mainly residential in character, South Park is significant because of the variety of its architecture, which includes vernacular, cottage, and high style examples, and because of its association with John H. Patterson, founder of the National Cash Register Company (NCR).
South Park The architecture of South Park includes examples of Second Empire, High Victorian Italianate, Queen Anne, Federal and Romanesque Revival in one- and two-story structures of brick and frame. South Park still preserves a sense of close-knit neighborhood whose residents cooperate to maintain the many neighborhood parks which give the district its special flavor.
