You'll love spending your vacation at our cozy townhome; tastefully decorated and just a short walk to the beach. This unit features 1 King size bed in the downstairs bedroom, and 2 queen size beds upstairs. The patio includes an awning which gives you a nice shaded spot to relax.
Our community is directly across the street from the beach. We're close to the front of the community which makes getting to the beach a breeze. It's just a short 3-4 minute walk from our front door!

Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each (for guests 6 years of age or older) and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee that you can pick up at the front desk as well. **GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. **NO SMOKING ALLOWED..
