We are 4+ year experienced hosts who have stayed at countless VRBO's over the years. Through this experience we've come to understand what a best-in-class VRBO needs to have, as well as what common shortcuts NOT to take---like cheap beds, uncomfortable couches, etc..

This particular VRBO is a home for us a couple months in the summer, as I was born and raised in the area and come home to see family & friends that we have very close connection to. AND to let my parents love on their grandbaby.

Disclaimer: We live in NC when we aren't staying in this house, so we will not be close by. However, we have tons of friends and family in the area to accommodate anything possibly needed.

We have a strict no outside guests or events policy to avoid wear and tear. The property is limited to only the people on the reservation (12 maximum) without prior approval. Please inquire if there are any questions.

**Pool to be kept at a minimum of 80 degrees Memorial Day to Labor Day. Beyond these dates please inquire. Additional pool heat can be purchased if desired outside of aforementioned pool season.

***All use of the pool is strictly at your own risk. It is 8ft deep in parts and there is no lifeguard ever on duty. Swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised at all times.
