This new area of Utah boasts breathtaking views of the Deer Valley East ski runs, Jordanelle reservoir and craggy peaks of the Wasatch Mountains and will inspire you as they do us to enjoy both summer and winter fun with both the East and old Deer Valley lifts are just 12 minutes drive away. This central location to so many ski areas is unique.
We are also Located just 10 minutes from Park City’s historic Main Street where residents can find fine dining, art galleries, nightlife, and more while coming home to the luxuries of mountain living AND 12 MINUTES FROM BOTH VAIL PARK CITY AND CANYONS SKI LIFTS
Sundance also only 40 minutes down the road

The property will have starter kit supplies such as: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soaps, Dishwasher Detergent, Laundry Detergent, Basic Cleaning Supplies, Linens, Towels, and Board Games.
The kitchen is well stocked for vacation groups with lots of storage and multiple kitchen appliances for cooking and reverse osmosis water faucet. Including six swivel bar stools around the kitchen special counter bar.
The living and dining areas are cozy but spacious, with modern stacked stone fireplace, expansive windows and tons of natural light. The mountain modern living room, dining room, and kitchen open to the scenic outdoor patio with a folding glass wall that opens the patio as a living area extension equipped with gas BBQ set. views overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir and the Deer Valley® ski runs through this one-of-a-kind feature.
Further special ceiling heaters make this patio a 365 day experience
The garage has space for a small to mid-sized SUV, as well as driveway parking for two additional vehicles. Remote access to the garage provided by digital or mobile remote.
MINIMUM 4 WEEK OR ONE MONTH RENTALS DURING PEAK WINTER AND SUMMER MONTHS- request 7 day weekly rental in off season.
