Access Card: Please return the access card in pristine condition upon check-out. A replacement fee of AED 1000 will apply for any lost cards.

No Smoking Policy: For the comfort of all guests, smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will incur a fee of AED 3000 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture restoration.
