- Maximum of 8 guests per reservation. No extra guests, please! If you need more space, check out our other listings, Midnight Moon and Lazy Lime, to accommodate up to 24 people total.
- No events, gatherings, or parties allowed. We value our relationship with our neighbors and are firm on these rules to maintain the unit in excellent condition.
📝 Please Note:
- The unit is NOT baby-proofed.
- The neighboring unit may also be rented, so there may be some noise from other guests.
- The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. There is a half bath and sleeper sofa on the first floor, but access might be challenging for guests with accessibility requirements.

- Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code on the morning of their arrival.
- Lake Charles is on Central Standard Time (CST). Check-in is between 4-9 PM; please be mindful of noise levels if arriving late. Check-out is by 10 AM.
