The inside of the house was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard was great for our dogs. We did a lot of cooking, but the kitchen was lacking several of the needed items. The location was great, as the trails at Markham Hill were right behind the house. They were a great place to walk the dogs. It was very nice having the Greenway and town so close to us. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Fayetteville.

We’re also glad the location made it easy for you to enjoy the nearby trails, Greenway, and town. We appreciate your note about the kitchen inventory. We’ll review this carefully and look into adding more of the commonly needed cooking items so future guests have a more complete setup for meal preparation. Very pretty property with a large woodsy backyard, string lights, and chairs and table on back patio for reading or playing games. Host was very responsive to questions and requests. Comfortable seating in living room for a group to watch tv. Will stay here again.

The house was just what we were looking for! Close to campus and the highway! Comfortable beds! Quick to respond to any questions or concerns that came up. Backyard and steep driveway were a bit unexpected, but were fine. We will look to book again next time we plan an extended stay in Fayetteville!

Facility was clean but not super toddler friendly. Luckily my son listened to us so we could tell him not to stick his head through the nester, not to touch the plugs & we kept him out of the backyard. The photos don’t represent the extremely steep driveway or steep hill in the backyard. We got a warning day of arrival but it was MUCH steeper than expected. Otherwise a fairly clean and comfortable place. Lots of toilet paper & paper towels that most other places don’t have.
