The primary access point is a 4-minute drive offering a boat launch with a dock, a children's play area, picnic tables, and a small sandy beach. The secondary lake access point is a 2-minute drive down the road and provides an ideal location for quickly launching your kayaks. *Our home is a NO WAKE lake. Please message Emily regarding electric motor pontoon rentals in the area.

The main level features a bright, open-concept living area, where the newly built eat-in kitchen flows into the spacious living room. The kitchen offers granite countertops & ample seating w/ 6 stylish bar stools, creating a comfortable space to gather w/ friends & family while meals are being prepared. Directly off the living room, a spacious balcony offers subtle views of the lake and beautiful tall trees.
There are 2 cozy bedrooms on the main level, each featuring a plush queen-sized bed, ensuring restful nights. One of the bedrooms features a desk for guests who need to work. Nestled between the two bedrooms is a totally updated full bath, complete w/ a tub/shower combo.
Lower Level:
The lower level feels like its own private retreat, w/ a fully finished "second suite" that walks to the outdoors. It features a 2nd full kitchen w/ new cabinets & granite counters, open to a cozy dining area for 4. The additional living room is the perfect spot to relax, w/ a new queen-size pull-out Tempur-Pedic sofa for extra comfort.
Off the living room you'll find a spacious 3rd bedroom, complete w/ a California king bed — the perfect place to rest in luxury. Downstairs offers a laundry space w/ a new washer & dryer.
