Enhet 1504 på Nautilus er vårt hjem hjemmefra! Meg selv (eier) og datteren min har alltid hatt Nautilus og vi vet at du vil også. Vår enhet er fersk oppdatert med en konge i soverommet, 2 dronninger i gjestesoverommet og en moderne sovesofa. Kjøkkenet og begge badene ble ombygd i 2014. Men tingen vi elsker mest om det er den store balkongen! Vi bruker all vår tid der ute ... datteren min sover til og med når været er varmt! Nautilus startet et Clean Stay-program i 2014, slik at du kan være sikker på at leiligheten din er fin og pen. Vi har til og med implementert dyner slik at du får rene deksler hver gang!

Alle våre utleie kommer med fullt sengetøy, vaskemaskin / tørketrommel i enhet og fullt utstyrt kjøkken, så alt du trenger å bekymre deg for er å ha det gøy! I tillegg tilbyr vårt kompleks et basseng, grill / piknikområde, gratis WIFI, bilvask område, strandpromenade for stranden og et praktisk marked ved siden av! I løpet av månedene mars til oktober tilbyr vi også GRATIS strandtjeneste! Vi ligger bare 5 minutter fra både Fort Walton Beach og Destin på Beautiful Okaloosa Island og bare 3/4 kilometer fra utmerkede restauranter, uteliv, butikker, vannaktiviteter og Gulfarium!

Våre leilighetene er røykfrie, og The Nautilus er en kjæledyrfri eiendom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Nautilus and it will not be our last. The reservation and check in process was a breeze. They kept in contact with me over email and text. The condo was absolutely stunning. We ate every meal out on the balcony overlooking the ocean except for the ones where we are out. I loved having two different doors to get onto the balcony. The condo was clean and had more dishes/supplies than any other condo I have ever stayed at. We didn't have any issues while there so I never had to even contact them. I am already ready to go back and I hope I can get this same condo next time. We used the beach service while we were there which comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella. There were also beach toys in the closet right by the front door that we were able to use and we even added to it and left some toys for the next people staying there. Hands down the best place we have stayed while visiting Florida. We love how close the condo is to the Okaloosa Island Pier!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first stay at Nautilus. I honestly described this unit as feeling like I'm in a thrift store. The furniture in the bedrooms is from the 1970's or 1980's. It is time to update! The kitchen table is cheap and has damage on its surface. The mirrors are worn down with black showing and they need to be replaced in both bathrooms. One of the master bedroom pillows and a chair in the bedroom had a moldy looking spot, so we didn't use those. I would recommend another unit in this building, but this one needs updated before I would recommend it. Other than all of that, we had a good time shopping, eating, and hanging out on the beach.

Great location..needs a little TLC
Unit was comfortable and we liked some of the furniture /TVs . It was a bit rough in some areas and needed some TLC. Kitchen has some issues with cabinets, the counter top backsplash was delaminating and coming apart, and the light was out in the refrigerator. The complex elevator was broken off and on during the week and seemed to cause issues with the guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the owners should do some off season repairs. Thanks

Nautilus has areas with lots of extra beach floaters and sand toys available. We did a load of laundry every day to wash towels so bring extra pods for washer and dishwasher. We had to buy more TP, paper towels, and garbage bags. Visit the Boardwalk!! 4 restaurants and fun for younger kids!! We will be back!!

Excellent Vacation Spot
Staff was great in communication before arrival and after departure for our stay at The Nautilus. Unit was very nice with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Unit along with entire property was clean and well maintained. Loved easy access to beach. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend for family vacation.

a week at the beach

Reviewer Comments: The room was pretty good, but the furniture seems bid for the space, and there was lots of dust and what looked like wall or plaster on the floor under shelves and stands. We had a week long fight with small ants in the kitchen, which caused us to change our cooking plans. Great view and location though. We would stay hear again but not this condo.
