Great Location in Queen Anne

This charming house was just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Kathy was quick with responses when we had a few questions throughout our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area in the back yard. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. There is a small market right down the street for any grocery items you might need. We went there several times….it was so convenient!

Great location—difficult property management

The house is in a great location and is a nice Queen Anne Hill home. Unfortunately, we never connected well with the owner and felt like we were doubted and monitored from initial contact. We spent time in home cooking dinners and playing games in the evening as a family and made sure we treated the home with care and respect. Unfortunately, after check out we were unfairly accused of leaving the home in disarray and charged an additional fee. Unfortunately, this seems to be non-negotiable even though we have no documentation of any of the findings and can say, with all honesty, we took care of the home while we were there.

Great Location, but that's where it ends

When a widow broke in a closet (yes a closet) when I hung one suit on a rack I immediately got tape to prevent weather damage and to eliminate falling glass. The reason the rack came loose from the wall was due to an old anchor. I had both a deposit and paid extra for the insurance. Upon our return the owner took the money from the deposit and left me to deal with the insurance company. Normally the owner or the owner and the traveler would deal with the insurance company. After three months I still do not have my money (the insurance company agrees they owe me the money). In addition to this issue the front door lock did not work and the side door lock worked with great difficulty. The front porch with a wonderful swing was very dirty. Also the basement smelled musty. It's a great location but find another house is my recommendation.

Perfect location

The home was very clean and perfect for our group!!. Parking was always available on the street. GREAT coffee and lots of food within walking distance. We didn't receive check in instructions before we got there but owner promptly responded to our message--even at midnight!! Great house with good management. Loved it!!

very good

The home is very nice and we had a great time. However, this is advertised as a 5 bedroom house and it is definitely NOT 5 bedrooms. What they consider the 5th bedroom is a downstairs family room. The listing gives the impression that there are 5 bedrooms plus the additional family room space. That being said, it all worked out really well and we had plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood is really nice and there is a grocery store and several coffee shops and a really nice bakery within 2 blocks. I highly recommend this house.
