The property was as listed, 5 bedrooms and a very large downstairs living room with two large couches. The view was the most important part for us and it was gorgeous!The kitchen had the things we needed and we enjoyed using the nice grill, which actually had a full propane tank. Communication with the host was very good. Do note that it’s a gated area, so you need the gate and the door code.

Amazing house with Mountain View’s from every room and close to downtown Banner Elk and Beech Mountain! Host Nick wins the award for the fastest responder ever, even to non-urgent messages. All-around a great family vacation in a well-stocked, comfortable house!

We loved the house. Everything was beautiful and worked out perfectly for our family trip. Nick was a great host. If I had any questions he would get back to me within 15 minutes to an hour. View was nice and relaxing. The only “complaint” we would have about the property and stay was that there was a lot of traffic during the day. Other than that everything was great!

Great location and views from the balconies. House was on a private street with limited numbers of people nearby. Only minor comment was the traffic noise from road down the mountain during the day (heavy trucks likely from construction down the road). Not really an issue as we were not in the house much during the day

Views are great! We didn’t like that it’s backed up to a noisy road, but the accommodations are perfect. We enjoyed our time there!

The view from the property is hard to beat, and Nick was very responsive. The house was expansive and easily accommodated my children, their spouses, and our grandchildren. There were no toys for toddlers but we had brought our own so no big deal. The hot tub experienced some downtime due to the weather being extremely cold before our stay but Nick brought in a tech to fix it. The location is a short drive to both Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain and the skiing was good early in the day (we had a warm spell).

The house was amazing, very spacious and all the amenities. The house was clean on arrival and everyone on the trip had a nice stay. The location is very close to beech mountain and not far sugar and banner elk. Nick was easy to communicate with when needed. Will be staying again when we come back!
