Enjoy porcelain and hardwood floors throughout, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a stylish bathroom with double sinks.

Please note: The property features two flights of stairs.
You may use the backyard Adirondack colorful chairs. There is a coin laundry in the lower part of building. Enter through the side door off the driveway. Go down the stairs and turn to the right for laundry area.

You can walk to Spring Garden Rd. , public gardens, movie theatre, pubs, Halifax waterfront, museums, art galleries and so much more. Costco and other major box stores are about a 10 minute drive away. Taxi or biking is a great way to get around.
Quinpool Rd . Offers many great restaurants and shops. A 5 minute walk to The Superstore grocery store and the liquor store.
